Recently I have had several people suggest that I might try CBD oil made from hemp. My pain doctor, my liver doctor and my neurologist have all said that they did not think enough testing had been done using CBD oil. They all three suggested that I not use it. That being said, has anyone tried it? Does it provide any pain relief? Or, does it not give any relief at all? Thanks for any of your comments.

Hi, I think it is marvelous stuff. I think the CBD salve that you rub on painful area is even better. It beats a 300 dollar compounding cream my doctor prescribed. I think the trick is to get the right ones, and everyone is different regarding which work. I would not go without CBD products. I have severe neuropathy in my feet. Lori Renee

Hi! I use two different CBD products, from two different companies. The salve is from AnandaHemp.com They make only one salve, so you can't order the wrong one. I get very stiff, unmovable toes, and the salve loosens them up, and takes away pain in them. I don't know what I would do without that salve. The other product is from CBDistillery.com It is their drops that I take under my tongue. I use their 1000 mg. and 2500 mg. drops, with the bit of marijuana in the drops. (under 3%, by Illinois law.) The drops help me to relax and not think about the pain. The pain also diminishes from the drops, but it takes easily an hour before I feel less pain. The relaxation is the good part. Both companies ship quickly, and are very reputable. Good luck! I think the CBD stuff is better than the meds, although I take meds, too. Lori Renee

@lorirenee1 Thanks for the info I'm anxious to get some and try. Dr wants me to put a spine cord stimulator in but not to thrilled about this I'd rather try the CBD first The one I ordered had 0.03%thc in it

Yes, good to try the CBD first. The salve is really quite excellent also. Provides immediate relief. Good luck!!!
