@tazscott Yes I'm just having this now it is from your sciatica if it traveled from back and gos to foot Mine did but has settled behind my left knee I use ice then heat on it it's getting better but I'm now 7 weeks with it good luck
Thank you. I was just at pain clinic. They claim they can't do anything more for me. Just wish there was a cure for everyones pain. I have been in 2 helicopter crashes in the navy. Really paying price now.
Hi Scott, I have the pain going down my right leg and have had it for years. It does go ask the way to my foot and neuralgia and numbness are both included. Sciatica has been diagnosed as responsible for most of this but I've also broken my SI joint 3x, and have had my L4& L5 replaced. I have chronic lumbar, piriformis and bursitis pain. I've recently been diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes and highly suspect that I also have a form of Neuro-Muscular Disease. My muscles are melting away while I continue to use them. I have a ranch and feed cattle daily and clean out stalls. It's very frustrating to go from a person very active go where I am now in 5-7 years.
My dogs are also wonderful medicine! I have Cream Golden Retrievers. I train one to be my support dog that goes with me everywhere. This is such a special bond and shine dogs are better at it than others. I start them immediately if I will them or when I get pick them up from the breeder. They go through multiple levels of manners training, get their Canine Good Citizen Certification, learn how to stay on a mat when in public, do not greet unless given permission, etc.; there's quite a bit of training that goes into this. My current boy, Ryder, is at my feet right now. I get anxiety attacks and he can help so them. He wasn't with me 2 days ago when I was out of town and did not take him because I was bringing my daughter and her many animals home from college. I ended up having a bad one. As he ages, he'll help me more, but he's only 15 months. My prior boy, Tucker, helped me physically too. I'm getting a puppy, Ducati, in June that's related to him and am very excited as he was a heart dog which come rarely. He died at 2 from Osteosarcoma and that was so painful. The genetics from this line are awesome as they're large, loyal and very calm.
I agree, it would be terrific to have a remedy for this chronic pain. Thank you for your service. Two helicopter crashes is two too many. Blessings to you.
Hi @harleymama! I've gotten steroid/cortisone injections too and the caudel block but haven't had any luck with them. I am sending you positive thoughts that this works for you. My body likes to be odd so don't pay any attention that it did not work for me. Here many positive thoughts for you! Susan
@harleymama I do not have any pain in my tailbone, rather I have pain in my pubic bone.
Pain began after having a hysterectomy. My doctors generally are not concerned with it. I hope you Find something that works
@tazscott
I am so sorry for the pain you are experiencing.
Will you insurance allow you to see another doc?
I suffered with chronic pain for over a decade!
When I lived in New Jersey, I saw 4 pain docs and non of them were able to help me.
The last one I saw there, wanted me to try a spinal stimulator.
That, was a disaster and another story.
Then I moved to Florida.
I started with one pain doc.
I got his name from the stimulator company.
I was about to get it implanted, so I wanted to stick with the same company and this was the doc they suggested.
He didn't feel I needed it yet.
He tried his things and none worked.
At this point, I tried to find one on my one.
I did extensive research and I FOUND THE ONE!
I found the pain doc who was able to help me on his first try!!!!!
I continued with him for about 4 years until he couldn't help me anymore and I developed new symptoms.
It was at that point I opted for surgery.
The point being, if you can try other docs, DON'T GIVE UP!!!
Best to you!

What a wonderful story about your pups!
I don't have any of my own, but I do have several grandpups.
About 10 years ago, I was going through a very rough spot with my anxiety.
My daughter would come over with her 2 (then) puppies who in some way just knew what I was going through.
They would both come over to me and give me kisses and snuggle.
It calmed me down.
It was amazing.
No training on their part, just their 'puppy powers'.
