My doctor said I could use Reclast, Fosomax or Actonel. I didn't do Reclast as I had a pretty difficult time on Evenity the last several months. I tried the Fosomax and had same joint/muscle pain as Evenity so I switched to Actonel. So far all is well. I was concerned about putting something in my body that lasts a year when Evenity caused issues for me. Hope you find something that works best for you! We are all so different in what we can tolerate.
