I don't feel like it's progressing fast, so I think it must be helping. Too much B6 can cause neuropathy problems and he encourages a B12 shot once a week or month but I do not do that.
Thank you. Does your neurologist periodically check your B6 level? When it reaches a certain level, would you take B6 as a supplement again? I have read that B6 is also good for nerves too. I have a formula from Nervitalize that I was taking. It has 4 mg of B6. My last test for B6 had dropped to 45.
Sounds like the medication called Metanx, which worked for me for quite some time. Now, I'm just starting to use a Ketamine(10)/Lidocaine(5)/Tertrcaine(.75%) spray because my feet burn terribly at night, under the direction of a Pain Management doctor. The spray has been helpful, so I hope that the reduction in burning pain continues to work.

My B6 level at last check was down to 49 so will continue taking B's separately. I will take a look at the Nervitalize though, thank you.
Can you explain what you mean by taking B's separately? Thank you.

I do not take a B-Complex, I take B2, B3, B5 and B12 supplements (No B6).
