Being moderator of a pain group sounds like a full time job to me! Well I have been dealing with migraine disease for many years and haven't as yet found the magic bullet. Wondering if others have found relief with the new drug Aimovig, etc.

I was involved in car accident April 1 ,1990 and afterwards suffered migraine headaches worse than the ones I endured prior. I asked one of my Drs. What caused these & his response in Short was
Salt ,& dehydrated state.
I had just been eating salted pretzels during 1 hr. drive to NJ. and
My first devastating headache was age 18 spending the day walking around Manhattan. No h2o Blazing hot sun ,I collapsed on a sofa in Alexanders Dept store ladies room on 5th Ave.
So when my Dr. said
"Dehydration" as a cause of migraines, it all made sense.so I keep the previously mentioned facts in check on a regular basis.its standard operating procedure!
The ABSOLUTE Best remedy in medication form I have found is Butalbital with Aspirin.
Not sure what the Medical world thinks of this, but it is a very subtle, almost unnoticeable drug in my opinion, from my ex

Thank you!
I am taking it easy. No choice.
Guess all internal pain meds wore off.
A bit uncomfortable now.

Ronnie: I'm sorry to hear about the sore throat (I also have one today), that just adds to an unwell feeling doesn't it?
Take it easy and drink plenty of liquids. Hope you feel better soon.

Sorry you have a sore throat, too.
I believe this is the one I had from the cold I've been fighting since before last week.
I just keep on sucking on candies and drinking.
I am sure all will be getting better within a few days.
I hope you feel better, too.
