I will have to look it up again. It’s been many years since I heard I couldn’t take melatonin or anybody else with aneurysm.
I just didn’t take it anymore. I used to it does work.
Better safe than sorry

When I searched the medical literature on Medline the consensus of reports are positive for melatonin’s safety.
It has been used to prevent worsening of abdominal aneurysms. It is generated from the pineal gland in our brains. Some brain aneurysms cause an increase in melatonin secretion possibly from inflammation.
There are new reasons to consider melatonin a broadly helpful hormone. It may serve to regulate metabolism and
and retard inflammation in our immune and nervous systems. It would be a good question for your doctor when you have follow ups. I take it for sleep and as one
of my supplements with arthritis and follow the research on melatonin after recommending it for family and friends.
