That is very strange!

Have you pursued any alternatives to meclizine? Physical therapists who specialize in vertigo can be very helpful. Possibilities range from vestibular migraine to BPPV (diagnosed by eye movements), vestibular neuritis, labyrynthitis, Meniere's, probably more. For many of those diagnoses there are specific exercises done in the PT office and then at home on a daily basis, that can help a lot.

That's definitely on my radar! I think it might be worth just trading the meds for the physical therapy, and see if everything in my head returns to normal. That way I would know it was the Meclizine and not something else.
