@loribmt and @normahorn - As always people should consult with their doctor about any treatment. I did not tell nor suggest anyone take aprocot seeds, I simply asked if anyone tried it and if so was there any evidence of cancer cell reduction. A person can buy apricot seeds an just about any health food store or Amazon for consumption. It would take a massive amount of consumption at one time to pose severe health risks to the majority of the population.

People have been consuming apricot seeds for hundreds of years.

To each thier own on what weight they put on FDA approved produts for any treatment. The FDA approved and reccomended a completely non studied nor verified Covid vaccine for years and still do.

The link from the FDA simply warns that they are stating clinical use and didn't get FDA approval. Plenty of things are beneficial to people without big pharma bought and paid for FDA approval.

Everyone needs to do their own research and decide what is best for them,

As you likely know, the FDA doesn't regulate supplements so ingesting seeds or pits from apricot, apple, and a number of other plants can include highly variable levels of cyanide. The research that you stated used a chemical present in these seeds/pits. I use about a gram/day of bioavailable curcumin for my MGUS; the levels in turmeric and absorption are too low to be of use and not enough research yet on if curcumin helps. I did see an interesting article on intermittent fasting on suppressing low-grade inflammation and on TNF (cancer cell growth); a hypothesis is that our normal cells can go slightly dormant when a bit low on glucose, but cancer cells are full FEEDME because they replicate quickly. If you are interested in cancer research, ResearchGate is another good source.
