When a medication delivered does not match what was prescribed, the first thing to do is ask the doctor or pharmacist why there is a difference. Then ask how to take the medication you received.
Prednisone "dose packs" come in many different configurations, so you will need their specific instructions.

I personally would call the pharmacist or go on (if you have this) your my chart account and see exactly what the doctor wrote the prescription for. Blessings....
