Hello @budnjaz4688 Blood thinners are products which are referred to as anticoagulants. They help keep the blood from clotting. They don’t dissolve clots that have already formed but they can prevent them from getting larger.

There are prescription based products such as Warfarin and Xarelto. And OTC (over the counter) medications such as aspirin which can help prevent blood clots. There are natural foods and supplements which can also have the same effect.

Thank you for that detailed response. I have Factor V and Homozygous for it. It was shocking that both my parents had the gene.
