Hi - though I’ve asked for a swab to check for fungal infections, I haven’t gotten one. Only swabs to check for bacterial infections. I have been doing nasal rinses with budesonide and mupirocin for 3 years. They keep me from feeling worse, but they don’t fully clear the problem.

That is the same antibiotic/steroid I am doing the nasal rinse with. How about that! I have to do a 1/4 of a tablet as the full capsule gives me a horrible headache. Have you thought of seeing another ENT doctor? I just switched to a new one and he's phenomenal. Praying for you, take care and Happy Thanksgiving!
