How can I find out which type of cyst I have?

Hello @bosnia and welcome to Mayo Connect. I can certainly understand your concern with the pancreatic cysts. I, too, have pancreatic cysts, that are monitored regularly. It is good that your FNA showed that the cyst was benign.

Unfortunately, I can't answer your question about the type of cyst. As you may know, on Mayo Connect we are not medical professionals who can give a diagnosis or other medical information. We are all patients, like yourself, who seek to support and encourage each other.

As you have some concerns about the change in size of the cysts and also about the Amylase level, I would encourage you to get a second opinion. Are you nearby a Mayo facility or a university medical center?

Second opinions are good ways to reduce your anxiety and concerns. Will you post again and let me know how you are doing?

Thank you for answering me. I know we all are patients, but i am interested does anyone else has same problem or everyone know which type of cyst they have.
Because, I read that some other patients know which type of cyst is after MRI MRCP. I still don't know after two EUS FNA. 😟
I am so far from Mayo Clinic, because I live in Europe.
I have opinion from the best doctors in my county that i need a surgery. And two opinion from other countrys, that i need a monitoring. I travelled to another country to do MRI MRCP and EUS FNA in clinic which has the best results in cure a pancreas cancer.
I am satisfied, but still investigeting how find out which type is.
