How do you deal with dry eyes?

I was recently told I have dry eyes. My eye Doctor said I could have treatment they now do in the office. My eye insurance doesn't cover it so he suggested warm compresses to help. Maybe ask your eye doctor if they have the equipment to help with dry eyes. I believe it is a fairly new technology. Best of luck to you.

I keep the lid inflammations , Chalazions, in check with heat eye lid pads from Sharper Image, OCUSOFT lid scrubs plus, OCUSOFT lid and lash cleaner.
The only treatment I know of is surgery when they drain the chalazion. However, it is not a permanent solution and might change your lid shape I have read.

I am controlling my eyelid inflammation with the heated pad, then OCUSOFT Lidscrub plus, followed by the LiD and Lash cleaner in that order. It keeps the bacteria in check.
