I don't sense any limitations. Engaging in exercises that elevate your heart rate and breathing can contribute to maintaining strong lungs.

I'm not sure about your current fitness level, but if you're new to this, it might be beneficial to start gradually.

Personally, I've noticed that there are days when I have a surplus of energy and opt for a challenging workout, only to find myself needing a few days of recovery afterward.

Blood thinners help tremendously in taking that fear away.
