Mine is in totally different areas than yours and our age and our journeys are totally different so don’t think our prognosis would be comparable. 2-5 years is what I was given by the chemotherapy doctor but has not been discussed with the Pluvicto team. What I can tell you about Pluvicto as they told me the success rate is as follows:
33% do very well
33% mediocre
33%fail
Are you Stage 4? Where is cancer? How old are you pls? Were you on Xtandi /Enzalutamide?
Did you get a chance to see success rates here

I had 3 infusions of Pluvicto and had to stop it. No side effects except that my PSA started out at 1.56 and ended up at 20.83 after the 3rd. I'm interested to see if anyone else had this problem. I'm now on Jevtana and Carboplatin at the same time. My PSA is fluctuating around 20 now. It has started to rise by 1 to 2 points every 3 weeks. Much slower but concerning. This is the second go around for Jevtana. They added Carboplatin along with it. No side effects but a little fatigue. Biggest problem besides the PSA is the Nuelasta shot to bring up the WBC. It's giving me body aches for up to 7 days. I'm trying various combinations to combat that, any advice would help. I feel pretty much normal for 2 weeks every month. Anyone that wants to know my journey just ask. I'm going on my 10th year of the battle. I'm 62 years old now and I will never give up.
I was on Xtandi for 3 months. My PSA started rising and by the 3rd month I needed help to put my jacket on and sometimes needed help to get out of the chair. A few months later after stopping it I was back to normal and needed no help.
Keep a close eye on the Pluvicto. I had to stop after the 3rd round. My PSA started out at 1.56 and ended up at 20.83. I might be a rare case on that one, so chances are it will help you.
I was undetectable when I started treatment and have remained that way. I was one of those with metastatic disease and very low to undetectable PSA. Was only 0.62 when scan showed metastatic disease and I got the chemo however even after that there were still some spots left so we proceeded with the Pluvicto. So many people think just because they have an undetectable PSA there is no cancer and most of the time that is the truth, but not always.
So what drug do u take now instead of XTANDI ? 😊
I'm on Jevtana and Carboplatin chemotherapy. 2 chemo infusions the same day with no side effects. Jevtana targets prostate cancer cells only and I don't have have hair loss. Its more of a milder one. The Carboplatin is supposed to help with that. Im in such good shape, I can handle both together. The only problem now is I have to get the Nuelasta shot to raise my WBC the next day and it causes me body aches for a week.
How many days will you be on please? Is this a clinical trial or just recommended?
Did you stat this to replace Xtandi?
They want me on C trial for 177 or chemo with cross over if one does not work Would rather not drive 2 hours when I can get chemo in local hospital PSA 4.5 bot C creeping up T 7 8 9 10
Praying for better out comes with this stage 4 since 2020 when I had L1 radiated
