Nothing has ever helped my Tinnitus: Any suggestions?

I have had very bad screaming tinnitus for the last three months I started taking Alpha Lipoic Acid Supplements four days ago it is a miracle for me it has stopped the buzzing sound in my head and ears -I take 2 x 200 mgs one in the morning and one in the evening - I would recommend trying it it is a godsend - I am awaiting my MRI result to find out what is going on - I reckon it is an infection/ inflammation- has anyone else tried Alpha Lipoic Acid with success? Definitely worth a try

@suzy100 I've been taking if for about a month and can't tell much difference. My tinnitis is a high-pitch squeal. It doesn't bother me too much, but garbles speech right much. I'm glad to hear about your Godsend!

@suzy100 my tinnitus was initially caused by an MRI and it can aggravate existing tinnitus for some. Just a heads up. Personally, I avoid them if I can!
