I've been on the phone with Mayo for an hour and I can't find a soul that knows anything about a regenerative medicine clinic there. Anyone know if it still exists?

Welcome @cjparkhurst, Mayo Clinic does work a lot with regenerative medicine but if you are talking about stem cell therapy for neuropathy I'm not aware of any treatments by Mayo Clinic although there is some research. Here's information I've found:
