I am a 75 year old female and suffering from tinnitus. Lately I also have dizzy attacks when turning my head to the left especially. I have to sleep always facing right. Sometimes looking up or bending over affects it. It comes and goes with some balance issues as well. Is there any particular medications that relieve this? Also does anyone know if this vertigo is also associated with the tinnitus. Thanks.
