Does growth hormone replacement therapy encourage skin cancers

I am 70 yo and am taking replacement growth hormone as prescribed. Is there any relationship of taking GH and the occurrence of skin cancers, specifically Squamous Cell carcinomas?

Excerpt: "Recent reports have confirmed higher levels of growth hormone (GH) receptor (GHR) transcripts in malignant melanomas (MM), yet the role of GH in the pathogenesis of MM remains controversial. Although melanocytes appear to be hormonally responsive, the effects of GH on MM cells are less clear. "

Have you found information specific to squamous cell carcinomas?
