@geneo

Name geneo, was recently diagnosed with spinal stenosis in March 2017 at that time it got so bad I needed a walker then I went to a Charapractor for 8 weekly visits very little help at that time I was on a cane,finally decided to go to an Orthopedic surgeon who had a MRI was told that not much could be done other then try steroid shots but could not say it would help. I left the office still in pain went home and started my own treatment.Today I have very little pain only in the morning but I'm almost completely free of pain and can walk without any help it has been 6 months since I left the Doctors. I tried everything from scanning the internet to reading medical papers. What I finally did and it worked was
One spoonful of Tumeric mixed in juice
Lower back excersize in morning
20 minutes in my Jacuzzi
2 times a day using a cold laser I purchased off the Internet for $100.
Ice pack for 20 minutes a day
All I can say it works for me when I almost could not even walk without lower back and both legs pain

Hi Gail, sorry a little late getting back to you but a lot of people have been asking me questions, but for you I hope I didn't allude that an operation would not help it's that Insurance company's want you to try non evasive techniques first. They want the spinal needles first or maybe PTs last but not least an operation. I'm not thrilled by operations and now the want me to look into what they call Burst stimulation, again To much risk of every thing from infections to paralysis and then some. Since you first read my situation
Every thing is going fine as long as I don't push it, the exercise I got off of ( you tube) there are differant types but you have to try each one to see what works best. You want to strep the ligaments without over doing it, I believe this what causes the sciatic nerve to become inflamed and cause inflammation which is the killer.
Keep in touch I hope I can help,and don't forget the Turmeric
Geno

I think you sent this to the wrong Gail.
