Oh, no doubt it is addictive, but if it helps with sleep and is not being abused, aren’t we better off getting sleep than being awake all night?

Yes...much better off getting sleep than NOT getting sleep...... .5mg of Xanax.... Whoopee! That is such a small amount and you're right...if the med I'd not being abused and it helps alot with sleep......let the person have it!! This gets me soooo angry.....that alot of doctors think it's the drug from HELL! ( all benzos) This needs to STOP! Let the people who need the benzo medication have it! As long as they aren't abusing it....and stop letting the people who abuse the medication have it! Soooo many people get alot benzos or pain pills every month and sell them! Go after those people!! Not the people who use these meds responsibly!
