Hi
You can have "normal" labs and still have (seronegative) autoimmune disease. Its more common then you think.

That’s what’s happening to me. The rheumatologist said I have fibromyalgia, but I have every symptom of Sjogren’s disease. My PCP did say that 20 to 40% of people test negative which I didn’t know. I see my rheumatologist tomorrow and revisit this with her. I’m also HBL-A 27 positive. I’ve had uveitis three times. And all the other symptoms associated with it.
