Try going to a Neurologist and demand a Tilt Table Test. My symptoms were similar to yours for 3+ years and I finally went to a Neurologist who was listened. I was diagnosed with Borderline POTS. I'm now on a medication called Mestinon. Hope you have some success getting help. Check out this article:
