Bowel obstruction - No solution?

Things are not looking good. They say there is no way to feed her due to multiple instructions seen in the bowel. She was under TPN ( Total Perenteral Nutrition) but her condition didn't improve. Her blood counts are getting lower. Only care offered is palliative.

I'm so worried that she is going to starve to death. Anyone has any suggestions?

@waiting84, this must be so hard for you to watch. Is your wife still on TPN?
