@06111945cc no, for those of us with advanced osteoporosis, supplements/foods and exercise are absolutely not enough, in my view.

@lashu I am less concerned about the black box warning for Evenity after reading the studies. There was no difference in cardiovascular events between placebo and Evenity, but there were fewer with alendronate, possibly because alendronate actually improves cardiovascular health. According to the study I read. Tymlos also was not initially approved in Europe. I have decided to go ahead with Evenity after Tymlos, then I will do Reclast but 20% doses each time.

Wendy , I totally agree with you . One other modality other than Evenity is that I am going to start a program called Biote which is bioidentical hormone pellets that they place under your skin and it’s based on your lab results. I can’t wait . It will also improve my bones . It will be a mixture of testosterone & estradiol that my labs show I am very deficient in.
