My Oncologist told me the risk of Tamoxifen increases odds of Ovary cancer is very small. I also seek opinions from Integrative Oncologist. They told me Flaxseeds is very good to ER positive breast cancer so now I take two spoon ground flaxseeds daily. The Integrative Oncologist told me to take flaxseeds for at least 10 years.
