Hello windyshores, and thank you for helping me with sorting out the details that these various medications present. I think Prolia avoided some of theproblems that my cancer history presented. My history involved a sarcoma, but I had no radiation or other treatments, only surgery to remove a tumor whose malignancy had not spread. My concern with Evenity was twofold: the heart issues and its Black Box warning(its rejection by a major British board also)/shorter period of time on the market than Prolia). None of the options are without problems. At some point I just had to make a decision in spite of my worries. I feel my efforts to solve the problem, to rid my body of the disease of osteoporosis, through exercise and supplements/foods would not be sufficient. The shared experiences presenting on this Mayo Clinic Connect site are a true blessing.

WindyShores,

Now do you believe
exercise and supplements/foods will be sufficient?
