I'm Elizabeth. I've had fibromyalgia since 1998. In the last few years, I've developed osteoarthritis and spinal stenosis. I am married with four adult children and a wonderful, caring husband. We also have a wee dog, Bella, who forces me outside for walks twice a day. Lately, managing the FM symptoms has seemed like a full time job and I'm in need of some serious motivation.
Welcome @leticia and @ayankeeinnm.
I invite you to explore the conversations in the Chronic Pain group as well as related groups, such as Bones, Joints & Muscles, Breast Cancer and Mental Health. You'll find the directory of groups here: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/groups/

Hi Jim @powerl2017,
What did you learn at the seminar on stem cells? How did you evalution go?
@powerl2017, @jenapower, @19lin
The Center for Regenerative Medicine at Mayo Clinic offers a free telephone Consult Service. When you call the consult service, they will tell you about the availability of approved stem cell therapy at Mayo Clinic and elsewhere and for what conditions. They can also tell you about research studies that are actively recruiting participants. Furthermore, you can add your name to a database to be notified when additional studies and information become available. You can learn more about the Consult Service here http://www.mayo.edu/research/centers-programs/center-regenerative-medicine/patient-care/clinical-services/regenerative-medicine-consult-service.
Thank you for asking that Jim. I'd love to also hear cause I only have the information I collected. Jennifer
Thank you so much Colleen! That's exactly what I needed. Asking every source I know for information because I don't want to do something stupid, but I know it takes the FDA a long time to approve things. Love to be in a trial. I will read all of that and call the information line thank you so much, Jennifer
Not having much luck with computers today. I just use your link and went everywhere I can find, could find only a general number, specific numbers for problems I'm not talking about, I found no consult phone number for general questions unless it's just the general line.
Jena, the number should be 1-844-276-2003. Did it not work?

Hey I'm a dumb bell, the phone number is at the bottom of her link. I did speak to them and because I'm in California and they're in Rodchester Minnesota they're pretty much gone for the day, so there's a 0-3 hour time difference depending on where you're located.
