Are you taking it for fibro pain? If so, does it help? I've read one problem with gabapentin is that you build up a tolerance and have to keep increasing the dose. So, this was not the case with you?

I have neuropathy in my hands and primarily in my feet. I am not dietetic, I’ve taking the same dosage since day one, 20 years ago. I very rarely get burning or discomfort in my feet. Taking it the evening I think helps.
