There’s a book called The Calcium paradox.

The author talks about how supplementation with cod liver oil, vitamin D3 and vitamin K 2 (MK4 and MK7) causes calcium to go to the bones rather than getting deposited as plaque in arteries arteries.

Thank you 06111945cc, this information is entirely new to me and of particular interest as I have artherialsclerosis and was trying to find ways to decrease that problem when osteoporosis news arrived and has held my attention since July. Your noting the plaque connection with calcium obviously and finely connects both. I'll look for cod liver oil in pill form as I do not think I could accept it in straight liquid.
Losing faith in my ability to successfully cure the bone disease I am considering either Prolia or Evenity. The longer life use of Prolia on record and its broader application to other maladies
as well seem to make it more attractive. The black box warnings on Evenity is unnerviing.
