Do you have prostate cancer or are you just trying to bring down PSA? Look at the research on sulforaphane. Broccoli sprouts are a good source. If you have PC and are getting treated is is important to understand all the mechanisms involve so you don’t take a supplement that reduces efficacy of your chemo. That said, there are academic studies that show potential synergy of certain supplements with specific chemotherapy. Also look at Ivermectin. I have a rare and aggressive stage 4 adenocarcinoma with lot’s of Mets. FOLFOX for 2 months did almost nothing. High PDL-1 on genetic test so started Keytruda and Ivermectin plus Lycopene, quercetin and niacinamide. All urological symptoms are gone, CEA down from 30 to 3.6, PSA at 2. Scan shows significant reduction in lymph nodes, peritoneal Mets and prostate volume. All after just 3 treatments. Added Xeloda and continuing treatment to try to get rid of this nasty stuff. Keytruda did take out my thyroid gland but it’s a trade off for survival. Good luck and keep the faith.

Yes, PC. Radiation back in the Spring. NO chemo. PSA from 5.7, now, .02.
Really unsure on any benefit from Saw Palmetto. Two Flomax nightly.
Sure would like to pee less--:) Several UTIs this year.
