My 1 month follow-up after spinal fusion surgery (s1 and l5) is this Friday and I am concerned that I have not kept my back straight enough during this process. I am not familiar with a bone growth stimulator. Is this an implant?

No, it’s something you wear over your chest(over my hard or soft cervical collar)for 4 hours a day, for 6-9 months. Easy peasy, just lays there, not heavy. Looks like a black flat backpack. Charging it every night.
