@donsunlover Hello, I've seen your response. Regarding turmeric and EGCG, do you take them every day? And by 'every 4 hours, 1000mg,' are you referring to EGCG?

No, I was and still am taking 1000 mg 95% curcuminoids with black pepper extract supplements orally. Best source is internet.
Curcumin is water soluble, so stays in the blood a very short time. The black pepper extract make it 2000% more absorbable into the blood stream. Only two moderate side effects. Should not be taken with blood thinner because it makes them work better. Also if you take iron it should be taken at a different time since cucumin may inhibit iron absorption.
