I’ve been on Lyrica for 12 yrs for Fibromyalgia and some nerve damage from neck surgery. It is specifically for Fibromyalgia and Diabetic Neuropathy. I started with 25 mgs 2x/day which greatly helped for 2 yrs. Then I had breakthru pain and had to increase to 50mgs bid. That worked for 3 yrs then I had to change to 3x/day which worked well for 3 or 4 yrs. Then 75mgs 2x/d; then 3x/d which is where I am now. And I also have Medical Cannabis bc I’m in a state where 1:1 THC:CBD is legal. It helps a lot but does not relieve deep extreme pain unless it’s RSO oil which is 100% THC.
