Does it get better ? I am in exact similar situation..does the tremors subside or get worse

I am happy to say that my tremors have gone away for now. I had covid in sept. 2023 and the tremors started the next month, Oct. I was admitted to the hospital for 5 days, every possible test was done and they found nothing. I pray they stay away.
