I joined OsteoStrong and really liked the facility and the staff, I felt like this would be my answer. Unfortunately when I told my healthcare practitioner, who is an expert in osteoporosis, she pointed me to a YouTube video called OsteoStrong: 3 Things You Should Know.
I was very sad to cancel my membership, but I was scared that I might be injured. I wish you the best on your journey, I would love to be wrong about OsteoStrong.
