Anyone tried Gabapentin for Fibromyalgia?

Yes, my neurologist prescribed it for nerve pain (I have a whole host of things that cause nerve pain, fibro chief among them) and I find it quite helpful for sleep and pain relief.

It has helped me with nerve pain, numbness, functional movement, and migraines. I also take Nurtec and cymbalta in combination.

What is your dose of gabapentin? Any side effects?

My Dr prescribed it for my arthritis in my knees. It does nothing for that. Taking it every night does not ward off flare ups but once I have a flare it calms it in three days. First day half the pain second day half again and third day it’s usually gone.
