Hi ess77. I am so glad to hear that water therapy can be used! I have been doing water therapy for other issues with my body. I do the walking and marching and will look into the water barbells. And your supplements sound good too. I may skip the B complex but the others I will look into. One of the issues I face is to not overdo the calcium and I have to try to figure how much I'm getting in foods as well as in supplements. Thank you for sharing!

There’s a book called The Calcium paradox.

The author talks about how supplementation with cod liver oil, vitamin D3 and vitamin K 2 (MK4 and MK7) causes calcium to go to the bones rather than getting deposited as plaque in arteries arteries.
