I've taken Trazodone a few times.

It seems to help a little, but the whole next day I feel like a zombie.

I don't know which is worse, not getting enough sleep or being lost in space for a whole day.

I generally prefer being un-drugged, so that's my default response.

There was an article somewhere that said for people over 60 (that includes me) Trazodone can have that effect.

Anyway, I wish you luck! I know I'd give a small fortune to get a good night's sleep! There is no substitute.
