Go to a doctor.

Go to a Planned Parenthood clinic. They do regular medical gynecological checks, too, not just the controversial procedure. I think it's free and confidential.

FIRST STEP - EASIEST--Call a crisis pregnancy hotline. They can give you phone numbers of places where you can get medical treatment to help you figure out what is happening. If you are unhappy with how they treat you, then call another one.

You can get pregnant without full-blown sex. It's really unusual but it happened to my sister.

Anxiety can make your periods skip, too.

If you are in college, then go to the infirmary and ask them for advice.

Do you go to church? It may be uncomfortable, but you could talk with your pastor for advice.

Good luck, sweetheart. It may look like the most awful thing in the world right now, but everything worked out really great for my sister and there was a lot of stigma back in the 1970s. And it can turn out good for you, too!

Did you do a pregnancy test?
Am I correct in understanding that you don’t want to involve your parents?
Are you in college? Colleges have GYN services for women.
In case your parents have to be involved you can just say that you need to see someone because of difficult periods.
Planned Parenthood offer free services I believe.
Because you are so stressed you should try to make a decision soon. Check what’s available in your community.
Also, any information from a GYN visit is confidential- can not be given to your parents for example.

If you never had sex with penetration, it could be multiple other health issues like endometriosis, or IBS. Only a doctor can help you and Gyne is a good place to start.

I have had periods with clots, as long as they are coming out that is a good thing. Not having full blown sex and you believe you may be pregnant. The sperm has to enter the vagina. Some periods can be wonky. Mine was. At this time I still cycle but do not bleed. Partial hysterectomy in my 30's. Just take some slow deep breaths through your spasms. Everything will be alright.

I think the best thing to do is first is confirm you are not pregnant so you can ease your mind. I think being so nervous and anxious can bring on a lot of those symptoms. Do an at home test or as suggested above go to a clinic. They can do a pregnancy blood test that is more accurate. Once you know,that will help you calm down and then you can go from there and see how you are feeling etc.
When I was your age I had irregular periods , clots and sometimes skipped periods. Short periods. And usually 32-36 day cycles. There was nothing wrong with me. Just how my body worked. Try to relax and slow down your thoughts a bit. I think you are ok. Please do a test and keep us posted.
