Membership came with my Medicare Advantage plan. I don't know how an individual would participate.

Anyone know?

1 - I would call your health insurance, most advantage insurances offer it.
I have Humana.
Or 2 - go on line and type Silver Sneakers and see if you qualify by age or other means. I’ll also look up and see. Blessings. Ubelinda
