Rinvoq for PMR and GCA - What's your experience?
Hey looking for anyone's experience with Rinvoq (upadacitinib)
Failed on so may meds for my PMR and GCA, including a previous biological and now this is my only option, side effects sound a little scary but sometimes it helps to hear other peoples experience.
Thanks in advance

I've been on Rinvoq for about 3 weeks now and I would have to say that it does seem to handle PMR type pain. The pain in my legs was very typical of PMR (I do have that diagnosis) and don't think my Sjogren's does that. I'll have questions for my dr when I see her later this month. I'm on Rinvoq at the RA dose (15mg) for Crohn's and RA like artheritis. I am still stiff and have had no experience with GCA (thankfuly!)
