OMG I have Medicare Advantaged plan, as does my neighbor who has used silver sneakers and loved it. I am unable to drive to the Gym but I just found out from You about the Online Option. So THANKS!! 😊

Glad to help!
I think the online classes are great.
For me, the best part is that nobody can see me. Having had a stroke, I'm very self-conscious about how I look when trying to move.
