Hi,

I read your post on the cancer and am afflicted with it too.

I have Islet Cell (mid pancreas) diagnosed 2009. Radiation
chemo, targeted chemo and then called further treatment
off due to adverse affects.

Keep your head up and maintain faith, hope and perseverance.
Since keeping a good diet, getting adequate rest, protein use,
and having the ability to change course of thought can help
alleviate depression. Good luck.
Hi, good to hear from you, sounds like you had a different lymphoma than I did. That is why I joined this chat group, to see how others felt about this illness. I am a very confident person, try not to be negative, it has been a wonderful journey so far, especially with the cancer gone ( hope for good ) I do have a healthful diet, I love the protein drink "Ensure", have one every morning and I do sleep good , at least 9 hours a night. I also love to get out in the fresh air with my 3 boys ( doggies) and walk, good for them also. Would love to hear more about your journey so far. Lacey

Regarding Ensure, my therapist (physical) noted a new drink;
Ensure alive (I think) 20 grams of protein in it.
