Thank you for all your advice. I use the combo and I can finally sometimes cough up some clear stuff. This form of nebulizing definitely takes longer, about 45 minutes but it seems to be be effective for me to some extend so i do it. Yes, I need about two hours in the morning and at night to do everything. What I also noticed is that my throat becomes dry during nebulizing so I keep a glass of warm water by me.
