During the pandemic lockdown, my YMCA where I go for Silver Sneakers benefits sent many videos to me and I still use them. They are all geared for older adults and I can do them at home when I wish. I am trying to do these exercises consistently. They do help. Yay Silver Sneakers and all who did the videos! With all good wishes, @joybringer1
