My own cramping issue is because Imetabolize medication fast. So I am taking prescription potassium capsules because the coated ones didn't dissolved in my GI tract and I was excreting them in my stools. Now I take them in the morning and at night, they were 1st prescribed for once a day but in April 2023, I started having severe cramping of my hands and feet to the point where my fingers curled up into my palms and my toes did worse. It even effected my arms and calf to the point where I was screaming in the middle of the night and scaring my husband. We tried hot compresses, but that only helped while the heat remained in the compress we microwaved. Talk to your doctor and how you may be processing your potassium levels. Hopefully your doctor is smart enough to help and doesn't ignore your concerns. Plus you can't take potassium with other supplements, you have to take them at different times. I looked it up on the Mayo clinic information that you can Google.

Thanks. I didn’t know about potassium being taken at other times from the rest of supplements. I get cramps in both legs in the middle of the night. I rub Thera Worx on my legs and walk off the cramps. But I’d like to stop them all together!
