Hysterectomy after LEEP

Hi,

Wondering who else has had a hysterectomy after LEEP procedure and what their experience is like? I have at least CIN3 so my provider is referring me to a gyn onc provider to talk about options, I do not wish to have children so am thinking the provider will say best result is to go with hysterectomy.

Hello and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I have a few questions to help me to understand your post. Why was the LEEP procedure done? Also what is C1N3? Was that diagnosed with a biopsy from the LEEP procedure? We aren’t medical professionals here and while I’m a cancer survivor (endometrial cancer) and had a hysterectomy I’m not familiar with that.
