I like the smoothie idea. My mom's heard that you can make some good ones with avocados, too. Looking forward to trying this.

I drink smoothies twice a day. I use coconut water as the base then I add fruit such as blueberries, strawberries, orange a handful of organic spinach or kale, avocado, frozen banana, veggie protein powder and a bit of raw ginger. I use my vitamix to blend it smooth. I’m sure this has kept me alive during my worst times. Good luck to you.
