I have been seeing a sleep med Dr and a sleep therapist. Tried cognitive behavior therapy which helps with sleep hygiene. After relying on ativan, which my doctor didn’t want me in long term, and trying trazadone, which affected my liver enzymes, I’m currently taking a low dose of mirtazapine and 1 mg melatonin. All my doctors are fine with me being on it long term and has been greatly helping
